Shipping policy

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Big History sells select products on a pre-order basis. Items are made to order after your order is placed — they are not shipped from existing shelf stock.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you agree that total fulfillment time (production plus preparation for shipment) may take up to 8 weeks (60 calendar days) from the date your order is placed.

We will send order updates by email. Once your order ships, standard carrier transit times apply based on your destination, shipping method, and carrier service levels. Transit times are estimates only and are not included in the pre-order production window above.

Order Processing

After your pre-order item is produced and prepared for shipment, orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $70. Orders below $70 may be subject to standard shipping rates shown at checkout.

Shipping Times

After shipment, estimated delivery time to the United States: 7–15 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high seasonal demand. Transit times are separate from the pre-order production window described above.

Where We Ship From

We ship from a combination of U.S. and international fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and customer location. Specific warehouse locations cannot be guaranteed at the time of purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email when provided by the carrier. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at bighistory.shop@protonmail.com and we will assist you. We aim to respond within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Customs & Duties

For U.S. orders, no additional customs duties are typically expected for standard retail apparel purchases. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties required by their country.
